Dinner Menu
A talented group of chefs work collectively to keep our menus fresh and exciting. As the seasons change, so will our menus. We strive to use seasonal crops, local catch, and always the freshest ingredients. Our lunch and dinner specials change daily. And remember, always save room for our homemade desserts!


Please ask your server about adding grilled chicken, fried oysters, shrimp, or fresh fish to your salad! Add a side house salad or side caesar salad for $6.
  • Creamy Clam Chowder
    Sweet succulent clams with smoked bacon, potatoes, and onions. Topped with fresh herbs and dry sherry

  • House Salad
    Seasonal greens accompanied by crisp cucumbers, tomatoes, olives, shaved red onion, toasted almonds, and a red wine vinaigrette

    Romaine hearts topped with Applewood smoked bacon, Parmesan Grana, toasted crostini, and our roasted garlic caesar dressing

    Baby greens with fresh strawberries, red onion, smoked bacon, goat cheese, and a strawberry-champagne vinaigrette

    Pepper seared rare tuna over wasabi coleslaw, crisp wonton, sweet soy and Coleman's spicy mustard

  • Blue Water Oysters Rockefeller
    A half dozen Chesapeake Bay oysters stuffed and broiled with applewood smoked bacon, blended cheese, and baby spinach topped with toasted panko crumbs


All entrées are made to order. Proper preparation takes time and we appreciate your patience. Modifying menu items, may increase your ticket time.
  • Crispy Skin Duck Breast
    Chilled sweet and spicy soba noodle salad, topped with toasted peanuts and sweet soy sauce and pickled cucumbers.

    Perfectly fried juicy oysters with hand-cut fries, coleslaw, and Blue Water remoulade
  • Grilled Pork Chop
    Grilled 14 ounce bone-in pork chop served with cajun sytle tasso ham and roasted red bell pepper jambalaya, seasoned red rice and scallions
  • Seared Shrimp Pasta
    Sautéed shrimp, artichoke hearts, grape tomatoes and baby spinach tossed with bucatini pasta in lemon pasto Beurre Blanc with fresh grated Parmesan and garlic baguette
  • 13 oz Chargrilled Certified Angus Beef Ribeye
    With mashed potatoes, sauteed vegetable medley, roasted garlic herb compound butter

    A mix of North Carolina Bison and fresh ground beef are used for our 1/3 lb burger with smoked bacon, aged cheddar, caramelized onions, mixed greens, and tomato with hand-cut fries (Also available as a grilled chicken breast sandwich)
  • The Hut Burger
    5 oz seared all beef patty with melted aged cheddar, mixed greens, tomato, and red onion. Served with hand-cut fries (Make it a double! $20)
  • Corn and Black Bean Burger
    With mixed greens, melted provolone cheese, tomato, and citrus sour cream. Served with hand-cut fries
  • Baja Fish Tacos
    Seasonal fish topped with cabbage, queso fresco, citrus sour cream, and pink pickled onions. Served with Spanish rice and beans. Served fried, grilled or blackened.
  • Shrimp and Grits
    Caramelized shrimp over organic stone ground cheese grits, tomatoes, house-smoked bacon, charred tomato broth, and pickled onions (Make it an Entrée $28)
